Refunds Policy

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at uvfoods777@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will find out about the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to UV Foods.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
